Please join us for our next meeting, Thursday, January 16, 2025. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m., and we’ll hear from David Postic, an experienced estate attorney, and Dan Bomhoff, leader of Hogan Taylor's estate, gift, and trust tax team. They will be presenting the gift tax implications of dissolving a trust with a settlement agreement.
David M. Postic is an experienced attorney practicing primarily in the areas of estate planning and
probate, with a secondary emphasis on property law and commercial transactions. He has served
as an adjunct professor at the OU College of Law since 2021, teaching Wills & Trusts.
